Hi All,

Please let us introduce ourselves:

Manager:   Dan Scarr FA Qualified Coach, First Aid Trained and CRB Checked
Manager/Coach: Jim Beaumont FA Qualified Coach, First Aid Trained and CRB Checked

We are pleased to be involved in the set up of the New U13 D team, We have both been involved with Dagenham United for 3 years in coaching mini soccer, currently we have sons who play for Dagenham in the U10’s in which Jim is also Joint Manager.

Training:

We would like to start training on Wednesday Evenings 6.30 to 8.00 and Friday Evenings 6.30 to 8.00 @ Manor Road. (See above for full address). Our subs will be £4.00 per week per player, £3.00 of which goes to Dagenham United club and £1.00 per player per week to our own team’s fund. This will go towards training equipment and any other equipment we require.

Kit

We have got New Home and Away kits in which have been sponsored by 2 generous businesses, we are looking at purchasing all players jackets for the winter and a kit bag. We have already given all players a training kit in which we would like all players to wear for training. Wearing expensive tops for training is not recommended as they may get damaged whilst training, for which we cannot be held responsible for.

Both Kits should be with us in the next couple of weeks. Meanwhile can all players wear their training kits for all games.

Parents

Please can you reframe from shouting instructions as this can become confusing for the players. We would like you to enjoy the game as well as all the players and coaching staff. If you are interested there is a Free FA online course(www.thefa.com/GetIntoFootball/FALearning/SoccerParent )  we recommend that all parents do, this gives a brief insight to football, once completed there is a certificate that you can print off and give a copy to us. We would like to thank Ann-Marie ( Sam’s Mum ) for taking control of the subs and paper work that we require parents to fill in.

Matches

Please can you make sure that you arrive 30mins before each match so the boys can warm up properly, if you cannot make any of the matches or need your son to be picked up please let us know as early as possible. All our contact details are on the top of this letter.
